New Faculty Additions:

  • Associate Faculty: Erin Solvieg Hatlestad

New Alliance Logo — and Academy Logo Coming Soon!

Here is our new Inner Dynamics Alliance logo, created by Dessa Lennox, a student in the 2026 cohort and recipient of the Administrative Work Study Scholarship.

A dedicated Academy logo, reflecting the structure, subtlety, and principles of SI, is currently in development and will be released soon.

Leadership Updates

With gratitude, we honor Kat Kocurek, founder and former Board President, who stepped down from her position on October 7 to focus on her family. Kat’s dedication, vision, and effort were foundational in bringing the Inner Dynamics Alliance and Academy to life, and we deeply appreciate her service.

We are pleased to welcome two new members to the Board of Directors:

  • Scott Gauthier

  • Ben Hanawalt

They join our current board members:

  • Daniel Brigham (Treasurer)

  • Carissa Rozinka (Secretary)

Through a unanimous vote, Scott Gauthier will serve as the new Board President, bringing decades of SI experience and a clear commitment to the future of our work.

Thank You for Being Part of Our Community

This year marks an extraordinary moment for the Inner Dynamics Alliance and the Academy for Structural Integration. Whether you are a student, practitioner, client model, faculty member, supporter, or friend, you are part of shaping the future of this lineage.

We are grateful for your presence and excited to step into 2026 together.
